The maintenance staff barged into our room without knocking, creating a very uncomfortable situation. The morning wake-up call from housekeeping was abrupt and rude, further overshadowing our stay.

The location was perfect for our family trip—close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a highlight for the kids. Exploring the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame nearby was a great way to spend our time as a family.

Ramada was right off the interstate, making it easy to get to. Check-in went smoothly. The room had a comfortable bed, which helped after a long drive. My main concern was the noise from guests outside, making it hard to fully relax at times. Some of the areas of the hotel looked aged and could use some maintenance.
